What is nicotine strength?

Nicotine strength is shown as a percentage. 0% means nicotine-free. 2% is a light level — the legal maximum in Spain and most EU countries. Strengths above 2% are only available in some markets outside Spain.

What does "puffs" mean?

Puffs is the estimated number of draws you can take from a single device. For example, a 600 puff device is similar to roughly a pack of cigarettes, while a 10k device lasts much longer. The count is an estimate based on standard 2-second puffs.

Are the devices rechargeable?

Some models include a USB-C charging port so you can use the device until the liquid runs out. This is shown on each product detail page under the Rechargeable spec.

Are products authentic?

Yes — we work only with authorised distributors and brand-direct suppliers. Every product comes in original, sealed packaging.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most EU countries. During checkout, select your country from the dropdown to see if we deliver there and the exact shipping cost. If your country isn't listed, contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery across Europe typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available on orders over a minimum spend. The exact threshold and your destination country are shown in the shipping bar at the top of the page once your location is detected.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help before the order ships.

What is your return policy?
